My cat's poo is yellowish green and smells a lot. Should I bring her to the vet?

How old is your cat? If she's young, yes, run, don't walk to the vet. Kittens get dehydrated very fast from diarrhoea and she needs to be on medication/dewormed fast.

If your cat is an adult, you have more time. First, start with withholding food for 24hrs (no more than that) and then slowly get her to eat boiled chicken with cooked rice (unpolished is great). Let her have the chicken stock as well. The faeces should slowly solidify if it's food related. However, if diarrhoea in liquid state for more than 3 days on this diet, she might have worms/parasite. Get her to a vet, with a stool sample if possibe.

9 months is passed the "danger zone". It's been about 7 days since you posted, is she still showing the same signs? If so, is she lethargic and has she lost significant amount of weight? Also, do let me know, if you don't mind, what's her diet (dry or wet, brand).

Still the same. She is eating dry food. She is kind of too much aware sometimes, running into things. Is this some kind of symtoms of sickness?

Nah, if she's running in the first place, it shows her energy level is still good. I'm not a big fan of dry food for cats as they contain too much carbohydrates. Personally, I feed my cats on an exclusive wet food diet and I feel their health is better overall. However, do see a vet since the symptoms have persisted for so long.

My cat's poo has now turn softer (like mash potato type), she's eating science diet - dry kitten food.

Dude, bring her to the the vet to get some kaolin syrup to firm up the poo. Kaolin syrup is what is usually prescribed by vets for such purposes.
