Tampines Street 44 pets shop

I've recently sent my pup to a pet shop for grooming (location : Tampines Street 44 area)
I went to the pet shop (at 12:15pm) and saw that it's close. So I call and ask if they can do a full groom for my pup on that day itself. They ask me to bring the pup in at 1am. So I bring him there at 1am. The instruction is to leave the pup there and when he is done, he will give me a call and I can go and collect the pup. I waited and waited till 5pm..I couldn't wait any longer, so I went down to the pet shop, only to found out that he has just bath him and haven't even cut his fur yet.
The lady at the shop told us in a very annoyed manner that we have to queue as others have made appointment. If that's the case, she shouldn't have ask me to bring my pup down at 1am. She should have ask me to bring there at 5pm instead. In the end, we can only collect our pup at 7pm.
The grooming was not well done as well. Hair in the ears wasn't pluck, the hair cut was uneven.

"1am" midnight shop.. however, i think its alway better to made appointment first b4 going to groom. sometime u nv know how many dog they are attending. you can bring down your dog and thell them to do the plucking of the ear, if they charge you, better dont bring down to there. might as well you send for those with transportation.

Sorry..I meant 1pm.
I did call to check with the groomer if he has available slot for grooming that day and that's why he ask me to bring my pup down at 1pm. If his schedule are full..he shouldn't ask me to bring my pup down to him at 1pm.

Nope. Actually the shop is at 462 call S & S Pet shop

After the last incident i've describe, i've went back to the shop again, and have been going to this shop ever since.

I believe the last incident could be a mis communication.

Steven and his wife are very very nice folks and they provide excelllent care and service to my dog when sent for groomming.
