Here's the problem with using the cookies as a method of reward. If you use cookies to bribe the dog, at this rate, it will go fat. It will look at your pocket instead of looking into your eyes. If the dog is not hungry, cookies is no longer an incentive. If a dog sees a treat that is more tempting than the cookies e.g. a rabbit in a park, guess what it will choose? Make sure you don't run of cookies.
