Adopting a male syrian hamster

Hi! I've been keeping hamsters for 10 years on and off. Currently I have an empty 4 storey cage and would like to adopt a male syrian hamster. Male because I read that they tend to be not as aggressive as the females. And since it's my first time keeping a syrian a male one would be better
