Lady for adoption (Pls help!)

Age: 1 year old (Estimated by vet)
Character: Very manja, friendly(takes very little time to warm up with strangers), quite independent
Food: Wet or dry food

History:
Lady is an abandoned cat. I am a community cat feeder in this particular area for quite awhile and have never seen her area. 3 weeks ago, she appeared. She needs very little time to warm up with people she doesnt know and afterwhich, she can be super manja.
The reasons that I couldnt keep her at the area is because one of the cats that I am feeding is so stressed up by her and will only come out from his hideout place during feeding time while the other cat will chase her around(I am afraid that one day she will be injured because she really dont know how to defend herself). Lastly, the some residents are not so happy with the number of cats at the area (though all sterilized) so I'm afraid that with one more cat appearing, they will do something nasty.
