The other day, I noticed my dog had a sticky patch of matted fur on his back. It turned out to be dried blood from a wound. There are other big dogs around where I live, and sometimes he gets harassed by them. Lately, he's been acting weird. He shakes his head around a lot like he has an infection in his ear. He is losing a lot of hair, and just today, I saw a big red patch on his chest. His skin under the fur was very red and a little swollen. I am not sure if his bite got infected and it is spreading, or if the redness is unrelated. We are taking him to the vet tomorrow.
