1 Year Old Puppy golden retriever for adoption

Hi, i am posting on behalf of my friend.
As the title goes, A 1 year old MALE golden retriever puppy is up for adoption.

Medical status:
Healthy with no known ailments.
Taken all its vaccination as a puppy
Micro chipped
(So basically, this golden retriever is well equipped since young and has done all legal proceedings i.e microchip and vaccination)

Character:
Playful and very obedient.
Knows simple tricks like sit and shake hand.
Pees like a girl (trust me, this will really reduce any mess a normal male dog will make from peeing)
Friendly to stranger


Reason for letting him go:
My friend lives in a condo and has a really small apartment. Golden retrievers need space to exercise and run about. And due to commitments, the owner can't provide the dog with all the attention it needs.

Hence, Seeking a nice family that stays in a private property and is more than willing to devote their time and attention to him.
