URGENT. Maltese needs a new home

Hi everyone. My dog, Bobby, needs to find a new home.

He is an 8-year-old Australian Maltese and he is also microchipped + sterilized. He is toilet-trained and knows how to follow basic commands like “sit”, “come”, “fetch”, etc.

He has a skin condition for 3 years now. His skin has red spots and he does not have much hair left on his body. I have taken him to three different vets, tried different antibiotics, shampoo, medicines, cream and even changed his diet but nothing has worked so far. I also suspect a growing cataract in his left eye. Other than the above, he is fine in other aspects.

In the past, my mother and I would take turn to take care of him. However, due to the hospitalization of my father and my grandmother for malignant illnesses, we are no longer financially, physically and emotionally capable of taking good care of him anymore; no matter how much we wish we could.

He has been a great companion for the past years and setting him up for adoption is the most painful yet best decision that I can make for him and my family. If you can give Bobby a new home
