Hi, sorry but rules are rules. We understand you wish to deter those who are only looking for free dogs but we also wish to deter people who are trying to take advantage of the forums as a platform to profit from the sales of their pets.
If the fees are to be donated to a shelter instead then it would be alright but proof of donation must be provided.
If your friend is willing to reconsider the adoption fee then pm me and I will unmoderate this post.
