A word of advice, your golden retriever does not have a behavioural problem. She is not aggressive but attempting to be the pack leader of your family. Dogs do this when they sense there is no leadership in the household so they step up and assume the position. Pack leaders will discipline the other members of their pack to put them in their place when they act out. This is very likely the reason she attacked your pomeranian.

Please engage a trainer as the problem does not lie with the dog but with you. If you don't learn how to exercise the leadership that dogs need, there is a very high chance of the same problem occurring the next time you get another dog.
